The Arc of the Rappahannock
The Arc of the Rappahannock is a chapter of the Arc of Virginia and the Arc, a national organization on mental retardation. It advocates for and supports people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families in a time when there were no services available to them at all. The Arc of Rappahannock’s goal is to enhance the lives of people in their home communities, so that they can live, work and have “A Life Like Yours” in an inclusive environment.
 
GWRC Green Govenment Commission
The GWRC Green Government Commission has been created to foster cooperation among the five member localities in the Region in developing facility management and purchasing practices that will enhance the Region's environmental quality while resulting in long-term savings to the individual localities.
 
Fredericksburg Area Information Network on Disabilities (FINDHelp)
FINDHelp offers a direct connection to disability information and a communication link for people with disabilities, their families and friends, and community service providers in the Fredericksburg, Virginia region.
 
Fredericksburg Regional Chamber of Commerce
The Fredericksburg Regional Chamber of Commerce is a business membership organization which serves as the collective voice of the business community on issues of economic, political, and social significance.
 
Fredericksburg Regional Continuum of Care
The COC is a partnership of local agencies, shelters, social services providers and the GWRC established to address chronic homelessness in Planning District 16.
 
Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments (COG)
COG is a regional organization of Washington area local governments and provides a focus for action and develops sound regional responses to such issues as the environment, affordable housing,  economic development, health and family concerns, human services, population growth, public safety, and transportation.
 
Fredericksburg Regional Alliance (FRA)
The Fredericksburg Regional Alliance (FRA) is a public/private economic development marketing partnership created to provide CEOs, presidents, corporate real estate executives, and site selection consultants with a single source for comprehensive demographic, economic, and commercial real estate information on the Fredericksburg, Virginia Region — which includes the City of Fredericksburg and the counties of Caroline, King George, Spotsylvania, and Stafford — while also providing a wide range of services designed to facilitate the creation of jobs and capital investment while diversifying the economy and increasing the tax base.
 

Rappahannock Regional Disability Services Board

The Rappahannock Regional Disability Services Board increases the awareness of the capabilities and needs of people with physical and sensory disabilities and promotes the inclusion of all people with disabilities in all community life. The Board advise state and local government agencies and, through incentive grants, leverage private and public dollars to improve service delivery and public awareness. 
 
Rappahannock River Basin Commission (RRBC)
The Rappahannock River Basin Commission (RRBC) provides guidance for the stewardship and enhancement of the water quality and natural resources of the Rappahannock River Basin. The Commission shall be a forum in which local governments and citizens can discuss issues affecting the Basin's water quality and quantity and other natural resources. Through promoting communication, coordination and education, and suggesting appropriate solutions to identified problems, the Commission shall promote activities by local, state and federal governments, and by individuals, that foster resource stewardship for the environmental and economic health of the Basin." 
 
Rappahannock United Way
The Rappahannock United Way is a volunteer fund-raising organization benefiting member agencies which provide a range of health and human services. The United Way also provides information and referral and continually assesses community needs through the citizen review process. Administers the Combined Federal Campaigns at Quantico, Dahlgren, and Fort A.P. Hill, the Combined Virginia Campaign among state employees, the EnergyShare Program, and the Federal Emergency Management Assistance Program.
 
U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA)
The SBA helps Americans start, build and grow businesses. Through an extensive network of field offices and partnerships with public and private organizations, SBA delivers its services to people throughout the United States, Puerto Rico, the U. S. Virgin Islands and Guam.
 

Virginia Association of Planning District Commissions (VAPDC)

VAPDC undertakes activities and special projects to meet the collective needs of Virginia's PDCs. Annual activites include: legislative reception for the Virginia General Assembly; conferences to examine regional planning issues and legislative actions; annual Geographic Information Systems conference; legislative agenda; and sponsorship of workshops and conferences on topics of interest to the regional planning community.
