Tier II Portal Submission

As of June 1, 2023, Tier II submissions will be accepted via the GWRC LEPC Tier II portal found at https://gwrclepc.tieriiportal.aristatek.com/. It is recommended that you click on the “Help & Support” button in the middle of the page for tutorials and videos about the submission process.

Per the GWRC LEPC, submitting your “.t2s” file to the GWRC LEPC Tier II Portal fully satisfies your EPCRA mandate for submitting to all State and local agencies including the SERC, your local LEPC, and your local Fire Departments.

Should you have any issues submitting your Tier II Report via this portal, and are unable to receive assistance from the site, please contact your locality’s emergency management point of contact listed below.
