The Regional Housing Assembly (RHA) the Annual Regional Housing Summit in October of each year. This summit brings together key stakeholders in the housing industry to discuss the current state of housing and the future solutions for attainable housing throughout the region.

2025 Regional Housing Summit: Advancing Housing Solutions
On October 16, 2025, over 150 attendees joined us at the 3rd Regional Housing Summit to explore creative solutions to how we build our communities together. The event featured 25 speakers across 6 breakout sessions and a lunch plenary, as well as an interactive exhibit hall. Big thank you to our keynote speaker, Nichele .

2023 Regional Housing Summit: Learn, Act, Change
On October 17, 2023, over 200 attendees joined us at the first ever Regional Housing Summit. The event featured 35 speakers across 9 breakout sessions and a lunch plenary, as well as an interactive exhibit hall. The day ended witha debrief session for attendees to provide input on how the RHA would move forward with solutions in the future. Big thank you to our keynote speaker, Brian Koziol with Virginia Housing Alliance, and opening remarks from Representative Abigail Spanberger.

2024 Regional Housing Summit: Building Communities Together
On October 24, 2024, over 250 attendees joined us at the 2nd Regional Housing Summit to explore creative solutions to how we build our communities together.
